Regarding editing, I see in your terms of use for purchased assets: "Editing tiles is okay, but only for your personal use. Edits cannot be redistributed."
Does this mean that it's okay to edit the tiles for use in games that I'm developing/publishing/selling?
Yes, that's fine. It's mainly for people who would repost/resell the edits.

Cool. Thanks. I'm using RPG maker MZ. Which folder do I use? village or villageace? Do I set up the tileset myself in engine or is it set up for me already once I upload the images? Attached pic to show how far I got. Used images from villageace folder.
Yeah, you need the "village" folder; those are 48x48 tiles. After that, should just be a matter of setting up the passage and terrain the way you want it. :)
