Hi,
for a darker "night time map", would you use some type of lighting plug in or just darken the entire tile set? Thanks.
Either one should work fine, but my preference would be to use a lighting plugin so I could add spots of light to cities, etc.
Is there one you'd recommend?
I used to use Galv's, but it's been a while, so there might be alternatives that you'd prefer.

I understand... you are using the Galv parallax system to do the lighting with manual lighting overlays? I am new to RPG Maker, I come from Unity. Would you toggle overlays or make different maps?
Hey there, I bought this tileset some weeks ago and already used it. I have seen there is a V2, is there some difference with the previous version? and how should I add it, just switching the files or do I have to do something special?
And by the way, great tilesets keep up the work they look amazing. :)
Thank you! For the v2, it was mostly art cleanup and adding more tiles/colors. There are some new city types. We tried to avoid moving too much around, but a few things got rearranged while making color variations (mainly the big mushrooms and a few buildings on C) so switching the files could cause some minor breakage. My advice is to make a backup of the tileset files, drop in the new ones and see how it affects your map. If it breaks too many things, maybe keep the old version of C and replace the others so you can make use of all the new tiles. Hope this helps!

Just a quick environment question.
Are there any 'modern' elements to this package?
I ask bc bc the the project I'm looking to make has a kind of 'science fantasy' vibe to it so I wanted to integrate those sort of modern city/technology to the overworld sections between field maps too. Y'know, for better immersion and consistency.
I'm a big fan of the products you make but it's a lot harder to find overworld asset packs that fit that sort of niche on top of my lack of experience with just editing something together.

I am interested in using this tileset for my classroom, specifically for a lesson on procedural generation with Godot. Could you please let me know what kind of biomes are included in this tileset? Also what is the file format?
Sure! If you've seen RPG Maker default tiles, they're much the same as those, with similar biomes. Grassland, sea, desert, snow, and mountain areas mostly. They're in PNG format and they include a non-RPG Maker version that should work for you in Godot. Having said that, though, I have no idea how usable they are for procedural generation. This tileset will be getting an update in the near future as some of the art is inconsistent with the style of our newer tilesets, so that's something to keep in mind as well.
Quick Question, does this have a Volcano along with soil/ground to go with it?
Yes, it does. The volcano has two versions, one erupting, one not. There are several different soil textures you can use beneath it.

Hello there, does this pack contain castles overworld asset like for those KR packs that are specific Indoor assets?
Eg: Like for The Legendary Palace ~ Dragon Tileset is there a Miniature castle that represents that Legendary palace in is Overworld Tileset?
I am looking to purchase it if it contains such for all other legendary palaces.
Not yet. The Legendary Palaces are much newer than this set, but we're hoping to update it with some appropriate matching tiles in the future.
If possible, I would like to see what kind of buildings (like towers and castles) are available in this set.
can u offer bundles on itch?
I wanted to get the 'great outdoors' bundle that you offer on your own website, i'm wary of using new/different sites and try to only stick with major/well-known sites as much as possible (as a general rule, nothing personal to u guys)

It's possible. I haven't paid attention to how Visustella handles that so can't comment on it at the moment.
We have sales pretty often here and those sales often are a better deal than the website bundles.

I must say, this is quite the improvement to the original MV overworld tileset.
I would like to throw out a suggestion for a possible sequel - would be awesome to have a follow-up with more locations based on your other themed tilesets.

Hello, I wanted to ask if it would be possible to change the world edge water tile. If it was more of a rocky edge with out the sand and more oval i would buy the bundle. Maybe the water tiles with land edge added have a transparent version as well so can be used on other terrains,

I'm a big fan of overworld and yours is magnificent!
Only thing is I want more. More locations really. The locations
you have here are amazing. If my only complaint is that I want more
that can't be a bad thing. I would like to have seen cold style structures
and fire/lava/hot type structures. Well I will dream about it and work with what I bought. I am indeed a happy customer.
