Quick update to let everyone know the details about the changes:

Major revision to almost all tiles - ground tiles were cleaned up and several new textures were added, including cooled magma.  Crystals were repainted and sharpened to look more appealing.  Lava effects glow more.  Added a glow tile to edge lava falls with.  New lava river, mix and match animations to make a long lava flow that looks more natural than autotile versions.  Added little lava "fountains."  Added bridges and ladders.

All this now available in blue as well!
