This major update overhauls large portions of the Urban Modern tileset.  (Note - it is not a direct replacement to the previous tileset.  Some objects were rearranged.)

Notable additions -

• More walls, more roofs, plus shadow side roofs and angles roofs in most patterns.  Rebalanced color.
• Doors were moved completely to animations and more doors were added.
• Construction equipment was completely overhauled.  Less dramatic, but now fits more closely.
• Lots of improvements to ground tiles.  New grass, tighter color coordination, etc.
• Expanded tiles for non-RM users.
• Autotile windows. 
• A few new toys, yard objects, etc.
• Windows and storefronts on E are completely redone.  Added a couple of barred windows.  Windows with merchandise have been added.  Graffiti and a little trash have been added as well.
• New sample maps.
• General cleanup and tiny fixes that I forgot.
