I don't know about native support for them, but I think both engines have plugins that can do the heavy lifting for that. Sadly I'm not familiar enough with either engine to tell you the best way to go about it.
Sorry I'm late on this, but it's very nice! You got a modern hospital down, maybe could create a futuristic one sometime, like the kind we see in sci-fi movies
